Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Day to day I onboard new customer to our GMS and get their new systems setup so they are ready to be used so they can be trained. With this i keep all platforms updated with the correct information so that all files are up to date, the calendar is correct with what we need to get done. We maintain organisation for everyone's tasks be ensuring all meeting links are created, so each customer is called on time and everything is setup including integrations and card terminals.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my job a lot as i enjoy keeping everything organised and knowing that everything has been completed on time and sufficiently.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt many new skills from working here including expanding my technological skills and using many different systems, increased my organisation and time keeping skills.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

it is well organised with everybody having their specific roles and tasks that need to be completed. Wit h us apprentice's having dedicated time to get our work completed which is respected and not overpowered by completing work.
