To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme, I am trusted with a variety of tasks which help me to develop not only my marketing skills but also my workplace skills. The team here is really friendly and welcoming, so it was very easy for me to settle in.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed many skills in marketing, such as video editing and graphic creation. I also now have a much more in-depth knowledge of SEO optimisation and a variety of different software, for example, those in Adobe Creative Cloud.
My workplace skills have also improved, such as my communication and teamwork.

Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is structured well and is comfortable to manage. I am set tasks from my apprenticeship provider, and am able to complete them at any time, as well as being given tasks for my job role. Support is always available to me, whether that is from my apprenticeship assessor or my team at work.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Anytime I am stuck or need some clarification, I can ask anyone, and they will always be very helpful and patient if I still don't understand.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have a catch-up session once every 2 weeks to go through any new tasks or questions that I may have. However, I can ask a question at any time via email and receive a detailed, helpful response.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Through my qualification, I am assigned tasks that cover topics that I will use in my role, such as campaign management, customer journeys, and marketing plans. This provides me with knowledge for when I complete tasks that involve these areas, so that I can ensure my work is completed to a high standard.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

The team is extremely friendly and welcoming. I found it very easy to settle in, and I have now made many new friends as a result of working here. The work itself is interesting and varied, and I have developed many new, valuable skills because of this position.
