Basic in-house IT Support: Creating users, troubleshooting, network diagnosis

I have many responsibilities within the role - not just tied into IT Support, able to gain a variety of experience within my position
Company is very fond of taking on apprentices and is excited about taking on more - have apprentices in almost every department across our organisation!

Have flexible allocated time to complete Off the job work - not pressured to have a set day and time for stuff so i can catch up on assignments or on the jo bits if needs be

i can always go and ask for assistance or additional time if i ever fall behind on assignments - will always get resource if i am unsure of something !

i have meetings every 2 weeks more of a catch up on work and due assignments, any questions i need answering
