Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

5/5
Shadowing changes, writing change preps, conducting changes myself after learning and shadowing, maintainanceon the work that I had implemented

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

4/5
I enjoyed this programme a lot, although there were challenges and it was sometimes hard to balance work, university and social life.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

5/5
Yes, almost all of my network engineer skills were learned on this course, but I did bring knowledge of concepts used here from previous education and jobs

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

4/5
At the beginning, I think there was very little structure to the course from a workplace perspective, however this was worked on by BT and there is now a clear structure and focus on development of apprentices

How much support do you receive from your employer?

5/5
A lot of support now, with getting workload to being helped with learning new technologies and skills

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

5/5
We were provided with the day for training, and were offered extra time if needed when coming close to deadlines. Managers were also very closely linked to the university for the entirety of the course

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

4/5
It provided some courses that were directly linked to the role I am in which helped with my development, as well as providing other courses which give me insight into the other roles around me

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

5/5
I get involved in some of the professional networking events, as well as after work socials where I can
