To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

good structure, teaches foundational sales skills. The content delivered by the apprenticeship provider could have been more tailored to our business model. Good support network.

developed basic sales skills such as objection handling, requirements gathering etc. Apprenticeship provider could have tailored to the content to our business model. I understand since the provider has changed the content is now more relevant.

Why?

Very well structured grad scheme, apprenticeship complements this in providing basic sales skills development. Relevance of the sales training in the apprenticeship to our business model could be stronger, although I understand this has since been developed upon with our new apprenticeship provider.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Computacenter?

Understand our business model, the market in which we operate, high level technology trends. Understand what the key competencies are for an enterprise salesperson and demonstrate these in your application.
