Why?
One of the most valuable aspects of my experience has been the opportunity to work on real business projects with meaningful responsibilities. I've been able to develop my project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills while learning from experienced colleagues. The graduate programme has also encouraged continuous learning and provided access to training, mentoring, and networking opportunities that have supported my professional growth.
