Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes every day. In shadowing experienced engineers, there is always new things being taught. Due to the nature of the work and problems that arise, there is always new skills being developed. This includes mechanical, electrical, programming, software, fault finding and more.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Providing you push and make an effort this place is great. If you don't make an effort there is minimal organisation and structure from workplace management.

If you make an effort to seek help, and are eager people are very happy to help and provide support.

Lots of support, apprenticeship management is good, and university support is also good.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Minimal, it is good to have the qualifications, and learn how to learn, but 95% of the information learned at university isn't used in the workplace.
