The Level 7 Senior Leadership programme was both informative and enjoyable.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I learnt new skills in terms of the use of a variety of models for leading school improvement and change and also reminded myself that I can study and write at Level 7.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organised and structured. My learning mentor was particularly good which really helped. The AI lectures were somewhat disappointing but the face-to-face days were very enjoyable.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My line manager was very supportive of me undertaking the programme - though not much practical help was necessary or could feasibly be given!
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Again, the learning mentor was particularly supportive and helpful.

I think it has sharpened my practice and given me a variety of additional tools to support my work.
