Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
My role as an Admin Apprentice involves working in the front office answering parent queries via email, telephone and in person and providing general administrative support for the school. I maintain good relationships with all school staff, parents and children and assist the EA to CEO with arrangements for meetings. I work closely with the children administering medication and first aid where required ensuring they feel listened too and safe if they are unwell.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I am really enjoying my administration programme. Since starting at Barnsole my employer and tutors have given me the knowledge, skills and good practises needed to flourish in the programme which has helped me to grow in confidence and self-belief. I enjoy studying for my course alongside the job I feel this is beneficial and helpful for my attainment and understanding of how processes work. After completing my apprenticeship I will be offered a full-time role as an Admin Assistant.

5/5
By completing modules and assignments helps me to understand the culture and processes in my job.
