Massive range of work is undertaken from maintenance, gas turbine engine changes, traveling on project, problem diagnosis, liaising with OEM suppliers.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

University course is extremely engaging and enjoyable. Am able to work with other apprentices and people from across the country on a variety of work.

Developed many hands on and practical skills as well as learnt loads of new valuable professional skills.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Begins with enjoyable induction week and the programme continues with work based projects along side day job to strengthen relationships with other apprentices and graduates on the same scheme.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have a mentor and a manager, they are both very engaged in my work, offer lots of support and ensure im doing well in my studies.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My mentor and manager are both very supportive, there are also many members of the early careers support team that i can reach out to if i need help.
