Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

4 stars - During my 18 month tenure as an apprentice at the FCA I work in Consumer Finance as a flexible firm supervisor in the consumer finance evaluation team, I assess and score high volumes of cases and carry out remedial action where appropriate or escalate to the appropriate supervisory teams should the risk of harm or crystallised risk meet the escalation criteria for the firms respective portfolio.
