Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

As a BA I take business opportunities or problems and analyse the changes required in order to take us from the current state to the target state. I do this through high level of collaboration, Pulling on data, customer insights and stakeholder views. I then align and sign off on proposed changes by documenting requirements and working with technology teams to implement the change.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme really helped me develop the way i think about change and how i approach and analyse and situation. There was lots of content which was great but at time could feel very "death by powerpoint" and would benefit from more practical activities.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have seen my skills in the role develop exponentially and have not only got the apprenticeship qualifications but i have also achieved the BCS international diploma in Business Analysis. I feel confident preforming my day to day role to a high standard.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

My coach helped set the structure and was of huge benefit to me throughout the programme, keeping me on track!
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer always ensured i had the 20% Off the job hours secured and protected.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Without the course i would not be as effective in the role as i am today, it has accelerated my progression in the role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Within my office we have a good community and do charity work and arrange to play sports like Padel
