Site engineering offers a varied level of work. A mix of on-site and in office responsibilities working in big teams to deliver vast infrastructure projects.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy all elements of the programme, not to say it is challenging to balance between professional qualificaiton, site work and academic work.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

This period of my career has developed me from an inexperienced to a somewhat well rounded engineer. I have developed over all key attributes and received exceptional support from all my mentors.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

For the majority of time, LCB and BAM works exceptionally well. My only small reservation is receiving dates for university blocks in advance could be improved.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

If I ever require any support, there are a number of people who will be more than happy to help me.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

LCB are an exceptional provider with experienced lecturers. I have always received the support I require for the course in all separate elements.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
