This is the first time AXA's done an apprenticeship programme so there has been some flaws with planning but the environment is welcoming and everyone has gone out of their way for the cohort

The apprenticeship programme is well-managed with clear timelines broker down into monthly outcomes. The apprenticeship learning ties in nicely with what we are doing in the role at that time.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Dedicated WFH Study day every Friday to work towards our apprenticeship. Employer has pushed me and backed me to try out new opportunities, knowing what I am able to do.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Dedicated monthly coach-check ins with quarterly reviews to assess development whilst also signing off monthly tasks for our own development.
