diagnosing and repairing failed engines, auditing engines, suggesting improvements to prevent issues found in audits happening again, working on containments

the structure is there but there is nobody that looks after apprentices specifically if there is an issue with college or the apprenticeship then there is nobody to speak to or solve the issue quickly.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

can't say anything bad about cummins, they look after employees well
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I was with a total of 3 colleges, Derwentside were poor, NCD were good and SWDT are good
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

the qualification is very generic so doesn't cover my role but is good for adding little bits of knowledge
