Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
On a day to day basis, we would get some presentations (about the firm, its culture and the different divisions), then some networking with analyst for example and finally an activity with the other springers.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was very insightful, the presentation gave us a lot of information, which were emphasized through the networking sessions.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Bank of America
I would say to be yourself, the fit is really important during the interviews. Be genuine, smile and have a nice conversation with prepared examples and answers.
