I look after the end to end recruitment cycle for SUEZ UK.
I joined the level 3 data fundamental apprenticeship to upskill my data analytics, visualisation and reporting skills to help the business with diversity metrics and social value data for the recruitment team

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme has taught me skills I would have never have learned otherwise. I am confident manipulating and cleansing data to ensure for accuracy and to use this data to drive business decision making

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I am able to create pivot tables, create formulas, merge and aggregate data, sort data and create visualisations and dashboards.

I am empowered to complete my work along side my full time job.

We have live lessons with tutors and then have support calls with a data specialist to help with the separate course work. I also have a learning support person to help me.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I am so much more confident working with data and understanding how this work supports the business. I have learned skills that help in my current role but will also support me throughout the rest of my career!
