Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend NatWest Group to a friend?
Yes
Why?
NatWest Group is a great place to apply to, everyone is welcoming therefore it's easy to ask for help to aid learning. Everybody is very supportive and my employer is always trying to better NatWest Group, any advice is taken on very quickly and it is an efficient company.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NatWest Group?
My advice for others would be to try and understand the role they are applying for and what their day-to-day life would be like in that role, because it is quite a drastic change going into a corporate setting right after being in school.
