Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

depending on my shift sometimes I will come into the room and set up some activitys for the babies whilst waiting for the children to arrive, if I'm on a later shift its straight into action with free flow play indoors and in the garden, we will then begin nappies and start to have snack after this its again free flow play we then go into having lunches and sleeps during their sleeps i like to complete my coursework and reset the room, once they are all awake nappies are done and we have afternoon snack and then after we have a sensory play and then again free flow play indoors and in the garden until tea time, after tea all nappies are done again and we start to get ready for home time. during tu3he day we share the roles such as making tea, snacks and doing nappies

my manager is so understanding and extremely accommodating. She is very kind and is always willing to help in whatever way she can. She will always go the extra mile for her staff.
