It was a well planned, organised and executed professional apprenticeship.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I learned so many new skills. It was a very practical job with a lot of skill development physically. Aswell there were a lot of nuanced people and communication skills development.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The progression and digestibility was fantastic. There is room for improvement with the RCI stuff but I can't knock it at all. Well thought out.
