Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

4/5
I support a team of fee earners and have daily contact with clients. I am heavily involved in the cases and feel I have a great level of responsibility.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

4/5
I throughly enjoy the programme and the level of responsibility I have been given. I would like to experience more legal seats however.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

5/5
I have learnt so much legal terminology, drafting skills, and generally have increased my skills in legal services.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

4/5
The structure is the only thing I would change to experience different legal departments and get more involved in other areas of law. Everything else is great and I feel well supported.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

5/5
I feel the firm is great at supporting me. My team is approachable and respectful of my study days.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

4/5
The training program is engaging but admin staff are not always great.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

5/5
I believe the training programme is designed to assist us in our roles. Our coursework is directly related to our work.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

5/5
There are many social events to get involved with and sporting clubs. Networking events are commonplace also and encouraged.
