Im a Sales Support!
I work behind the scenes in Softcat. I submit quotes or Deal Registrations. Talk to vendors. Make sure the customer is happy and the deal runs smoothly.

Yes, I have learnt how to sell. Its more than just selling I have always thought its a short process but there's so much more. Iv learnt how to speak to different vendors, clients and employees. I have learnt the process of a sale.

I know what I'm doing everyday and feel really supported by my team and the apprenticeship team

A lot. I always have catch up calls and can always book a call in if I need help.

A lot. We can always talk to them if we need help and have catch calls.
