Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes! The steepest learning curve is at the beginning of each placement to learn the software and processes. Each day I feel like I learn something new and building my skills and knowledge.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
This is the first year this program is running so the structure is being worked out as we go along. Our managers are doing a fantastic job at keeping us apprentices on the scheme up to date and informed as changes happen. They are keen to hear our feedback, to ensure we are getting the most out of the program structuring, and that it works for us.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
The support is fantastic - more than I expected I would get. I have frequent 1-2-1s with my manager and they are easily approachable whenever I need.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
There is a lot going on at TfL. Whatever your interests are you can find a group, and if not they promote creating new groups.
