I work in the recruitment team and support hiring managers with all things attraction and selection based, from advertising, shortlisting, interviewing to onboarding.

It is well structured and my team allow me my off the job time as well as plenty of opportunity to link in with peers and resources to support my learning.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

As much as I need. They are happy to support with any ask I have and my peers also support me.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
My training provider provide monthly workshops and some check ins, as well as some sessions to support with assignment writing, off the job recording etc. I dont feel they are there to support on a more frontline basis, as in able to reach out unscheduled and in workshops they give a high level view of things and dont always break it down for people who are not familiar.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Staffordshire is a fantastic place to work! You are supported with development in your role and with the option of qualifications. You have the ability to move around roles/teams and managers encourage this growth. Managers and peers alike support you and provide the resources/tools to be able to do your job effectively.
