As a Data Analyst Apprentice, my role is to support the business by transforming data into meaningful insights that inform decision‑making. I work with a variety of data sources and tools to analyse trends, produce reports, and help stakeholders understand what the data is telling them. Alongside this, I am continuously developing my technical, analytical, and professional skills as part of my apprenticeship.

Data Analysis - I have strengthened my ability to analyse data by working with real business datasets. I am now more confident in identifying trends and patterns in data, Breaking down complex datasets into meaningful insights which I interpreting results in a way that supports business decision‑making.
Excel Skills
I have significantly developed my Excel skills, including:
Using advanced formulas (e.g. IF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS)
Creating and analysing PivotTables
Cleaning and structuring data for analysis
Presenting findings clearly using charts and tables
These skills allow me to work more efficiently and independently when handling data.
Communication Skills
I have improved how I communicate data insights by:
Explaining technical findings in clear, non‑technical language
Tailoring reports and explanations to different stakeholders
Responding confidently to questions about data accuracy and interpretation
