My role allows me to gain fantastic real world experience to forecasting, development of campaigns and market research allowing me to have input into decisions that drive performance for the business.

The company is built from a fantastic support network that allows me to develop in so many ways professionally and personally and gives me constant opportunities for growth.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

My proficiency of Microsoft 365 applications such as Power Bi and Excel has developed so much over the programme so far as well as my overall understanding of data and the automotive industry as a whole.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

It provides me with 4 days of in office work followed my a day of home learning through a separate provider allowing a clear barrier between work and learning, it also provides flexibility as to what day this learning takes place to make sure I don't sacrifice any time.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

We have constant check in with our early careers lead to ensure our needs are being met as well as having access to a mentor programme which allow us contact to a third person view away from our day to day role.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Once again our Coach is available 5 days a week to support us with any learning needs as well as completing a formal monthly check in with our coach and line manager to discuss progress.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has provided me with in depth excel and power bi skills that I have carried through with me to my everyday role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We have monthly team events that allow us to go offsite more meals etc, as well as a work football league and ticket opportunities' for events through brand ambassadors.
