To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

My apprenticehip has allowed me to gain new skills and apply a lot of the theory to real-life scenarios in my day job.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt new skills from performing formulas in Google Sheets to creating data visualisations using business intelligence tools, including Tableau.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The Multiverse Apprenticeship is well organised and it is an easy system to navigate. The coaches are all amazing and help with any issues or problems that can arise.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My manager allows me time to work on the course during my working hours. However, I run a busy newsdesk so it's not always easy to be away from the day to day running if we are short staffed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The coaches have all been a great help in supporting me throughout projects whether it be needing an extension or just a general chat.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Why?
My apprenticehip has been a rewarding experience, allowing me to develop and acquire useful skills within Google Sheets and BI tools. I have found statisfication in applying the subject knowledge with my day-to-day work to produce results. As a novice in learning about data in business, this path has put me in good stead to enhance my career far more than I had initially imagined.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Reach plc?
Be sure to speak about all the skills and projects you have worked on but also be open minded to continuously learning and gaining more knowledge in your field.
