My role involves assessing financial assets and expenditure, reviewing balances of Deputy accounts, drafting letters to clients, actioning investment withdrawals/deposits, reviewing payroll documentation, arranging insurances, purchasing items/equipment for clients in their best interest, drafting/form completions.

I thoroughly enjoy my programme; my team are all lovely and supportive and the workload is engaging and rewarding.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed my communication skills, technological skills and mathematical skills. New skills include the tasks that i have been assigned that i didn't not know how to do previously. I have also learnt a lot more about benefits and applications.
