To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
Really engaging with new things to learn every day. People at Softcat are wonderful as well

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Expanded my knowledge of networking significantly as previous experience was only at A-level

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
Consistent structure is a big help as I personally love a set routine. University days are the same each week and follow a consistent structure. Apprentice days within Softcat are planned months in advance so there is plenty of time to sort timings and the week ahead.

5/5
Everyone at Softcat is supportive and are easily contactable whether you need support on an apprentice end, work end, or HR/payroll etc
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
So far, lots of support has been available as I am provided with a coach by my training provider who is always there to help
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
A lot of the learning so far I have been able to directly feed into my work, however its of course dependant on the type of role you have on the business side.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Many events from Charity work to football matches and events for days throughout the year such as holiday celebrations
