• Overseeing general office administration, compliance, and risk assessments to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to service users
• Developing and maintaining accurate care plans and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and available both in service users’ homes and at the main office
• Supporting recruitment efforts and collaborating with field assessors to introduce care workers to new and existing service users, ensuring continuity of care
• Promoting consistency and quality in service delivery by aligning operational practices with regulatory and business standards
