Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend CCH Group to a friend?
Yes
Why?
With a people first agenda - what better place to want to work - demonstrating not only care to the customers we support but also to the staff.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to CCH Group?
CCH Group places a big emphasis on providing high-quality care, so they’re looking for people who are reliable, patient, and truly care about supporting others. It helps to give real examples of times you’ve demonstrated empathy, teamwork, or handled challenging situations calmly.
Make sure you understand what the job involves day-to-day. Roles can be physically and emotionally demanding, so being honest about your readiness and flexibility (including shifts, travel, and time management) is important.
It’s also a good idea to highlight any relevant experience, but don’t worry if you’re new to care—transferable skills like communication, problem-solving, and organisation are just as valuable. Showing a willingness to learn and complete training will go a long way.
