My job involves functioning as a Registered Manager for a large Homecare branch providing care and support to people living in their own homes in the community. Being registered with the CQC and maintaining regulatory compliance and quality of service.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Really enjoyed the programme. It supported to enhance my knowledge, skills and behaviours. I particularly enjoyed learning about compassionate leadership, project management and finance.
