As a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst, I am the first point of contact support for customers or internal users experiencing IT issues. I raise, log and resolve support tickets.

On my apprenticeship, I go to training days for new certificates and have great support within the team

We have a buddy system (the last apprentice) for any questions about our work. I have my manager always available with often catchups and I have a mentor within Firebrand during my apprenticeship
