I enjoy this programme very much.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I have learnt and picked up different CAD skill, and learnt different practices in the industry.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I receive different onboarding programmes to learn from, and have got an onboarding checklist to be completed. For any confusion I had there is always someone available to help.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Study leaves are provided and negotiable via talking to line managers. A mentor was assigned at the start of my programme and he has been very helpful with getting me on track and ready for project work.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
Company has assigned a SCE and DE to help with my qualification as an IEng in ICE. Apprentices has a group each located in different offices to share experience and tips for University.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

N/A as I haven't received any qualifications.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are socials and communities which are free to join by anyone in the company. Different culture are celebrated and acknowledged.
