I get involved in a lot of audit work and I am always given the opportunity to showcase the skills that I am learning on my course. I also get a lot of support from the bank.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The people here are always friendly and helpful. There is never a dull moment in the office.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I've learnt how to audit as well as many data analysis skills such as databases and SQL.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I am aware of everything that is to come way before it happens giving me time to liaise with whoever it is I have to whether it me my line manager or my team members.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive support every day whether it be through a buddy or my line manager or any ambassadors and mentors.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

They have a learner portal where I can ask any questions or raise any concerns, if I have any.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps me when reviewing the quality of the data provided to me and also to communicate data effectively to those who have no background in DA.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes there are many socials, there's also volunteering which we get to do three times a year.

The ethos of the bank is outstanding! They really do stick their purpose and values every single day. Furthermore, they don't put pressure on their apprentices and really understand the transition that we have to undertake enabling for a great work/life balance.
