Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am a IT Support Analyst in Block & Storage, and Backup team. I usually work with two people of my team in any project they are involved on. I perform some daily checks and work in projects I have been assigned on while learning different skills and tools used by the team.

Not much , some of the things I have currently learn have not yet been very helpful because I am not currently worked on that in my role

It's ok, what I am learning can be useful if I want to lean more towards the projects that use the tools and information I learnt from my training provider.

Yes I volunteer in Learn to Code for kids after work, I am part of the Apprentice Council and Ambassador.

I think the company is nice. I have had good experience while working in the bank and the people that are part of your team are always willing to help you when you have any issue.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NatWest Group?
If you are international student please reach out to the company before applying to know if you ca go ahead depending of your status.
If you pass the assessment and get to o an interview, I advice you to have prepared things that you have been part of or has to do with the job you are going to apply. If you have done any volunteer or extra curriculum activity that have transferable skills try to mention it in your interview.
