I am Relationship Manager Apprentice that supports experienced Relationship Managers in managing and growing a portfolio of business or commercial clients. The role combines hands-on practical experience with formal learning, developing core skills in customer relationship management, financial services, and risk awareness.
The apprentice acts as a key point of contact for customers, helping to understand their needs, resolve queries, and ensure a high standard of service. This includes assisting with account opening, lending applications, account maintenance, and day‑to‑day banking support, while ensuring all activity complies with regulatory and risk requirements.
