Its customer service and sale heavy, you have to be good at talking to people. You converse face to face, via email, on the phone and on social media (Facebook). You help clients find their desired holiday and you take payments, you sort all documents including checking in for boarding passes. You handle complaints and queries pre and during travel. You work as a team and make new friends as well. You speak on the phone with suppliers and create quotes for your customers. You will also be handling currency if the store offers this either from a desktop bureau or from a box bureau. You use English and Maths skills daily and you need to be calm in a fast pace environment.
