My Role at AG is very admin heavy where we work for the fee earners in assisting them with their daily tasks as well as doing work for other companies. Some jobs consist of document work, expenses, travel ect and is an office based job.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I do enjoy the programme- I get a study day to be able to complete my learning as well as the job itself having a good working hours that can be adjusted. Overall I enjoy the programme

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt multiple new skills and developed my knowledge in multiple different ways. A big one being IT wise.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is well structured with having constant meetings as well as checkins with the early careers team, I am well supported
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my employer, by having that designated study day as well as getting help from my colleagues. Whilst being trained up I also had a "buddy" who was helping me train up and was my 1 to 1, assisting me and educating me on how to do specific tasks. Overall having this make my journey and settling in much more smoother
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

We do recieve a decent amount of support from our training providers with calls every dew months as well as weekly webinars
