Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am an administrator for the community nurses, i work over two bases Clifton and St Ann's.
I travel across both bases through out the week completeing daily jobs such as scanning, patient folders, orders and any other job the DN teams ask me to complete.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The job role i am in is very good and i really enjoy it. I love the teams i work with in and have settled into the new role really well.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

i have learnt lots of new skill since starting this job, as it is very different from the job i previously did. I have learnt skills within team working, delegating and planning. i have also developed IT skills and nee programs such as systmOne and share point.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The program is structured but would like more college time.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

the support from my employer was very good always happy to help and support with any issues.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

i think there could of been more support from the college as in more in person lessons.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

i believe i learnt some good skills from the course about diffrent side of the company that i didnt know about.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

i have been to lots of different event with work, different meetings and rep events .
