Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt new skills such as setting boundaries, keeping a good work life balance, and developing the skill of preparing and giving presentations. In addition, I have learnt a huge amount about the tools and techniques for leading and managing people and teams.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The structure of the course work is brilliant. I love the way it is laid out, and that there is an element of flexibility in when we complete modules
