Overall, how would you describe your experience at Experian?
I believe since beginning at Experian the culture of the company is very welcoming, I have gain a lot of experience in the area that I work in and been given a lot of responsibility.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Month end financials reporting and monthly forecast of what we expect our area to look like fiancially.

I have always been able to receive support from my line manager when needed
How is your work-life balance?

Work and life balance is hard in the Graduate scheme for Finance due to financial qualifications needing to be achieved with revision after/ before work to pass these exams.
What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?

How would you rate Experian initiatives when it comes to equality, diversity, inclusion and accessibility?

I believe this is a very fundamental area of focus for Experian with multiple events over the 7 Months I have been in the company having been focused on this.
How would you rate Experian CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives?

We are pushed as employees to give back, with 3 days a year of volunteering being celebrated.

Would you recommend Experian to a friend?

Why?
I believe Experian is a very highly regarded company for employees, with many different areas of the company you can venture into as you are not stuck in the same role the whole time on the graduate scheme. There is also the opportunity to visit other countries through volunteering or work and even if wished through the internal careers site.

When applying to Experian it is important to be yourself, many people from many different backgrounds apply for the same role and it's not always about the most qualified but also who will suit the company/ team the best.
