I have really enjoyed my position within the Sellafield Industry and I am looking forward to how my future is developed throughout this Degree Apprenticeship.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have built upon many skills I already had instilled however I have managed to learn new skills which will be transferable to various situations.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The structure of the course both within the workplace and placements, and the university aspect of my Degree Apprenticeship is very structured and have the correct support in place for me to succeed.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have always received support from my employer, both within the workplace and outside of the workplace this has allowed me to maintain taking up opportunities.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have been made aware of the support systems in line when I am completing my qualifications. However, currently I am only within my first year of the apprenticeship and have not needed to ask for additional support.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

We have frequent reviews of how I have had beneficial impacts within my situations at both placement and university and how I can better myself before the next review.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are always opportunities to benefit others and network, I have partaken in multiple of these events that have been put in place by our co-ordinators and opportunities that I have taken upon myself to network.
