Enjoyed the mix of placements however the 6 months doesn’t feel long enough, you just get settled then are moved on, although it does also give you varied knowledge on business so it has its benefits and negatives.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoyed working with different teams in completely different business areas as it gave me valuable knowledge on SL and differentiating knowledge that in future I can use to my advantage

I came straight from school so have learnt near enough everything on the job

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Some communication was poor more so early on, however this got better with time and frequency was tailored to us and where we were as a group.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lots, frequent support is offered and always feel comfortable to ask.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Gen2 was great with me and pushed me to my full potential by allowing me to take certain tasks on others my age maybe wouldn’t for my own progression.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It gave me more background knowledge to the tasks I was doing day - to - day.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I was involved in away days and workshops throughout, safety committee and volunteered to aid other apprentices where available.
