Handling projects from conception to completion. Raising work instructions, ordering materials, Liaising with operatives, management, stakeholders internally and externally. Forecasting, revenue recognition.

Lots of new skills learned. and I was able to develop existing knowledge to better myself and my actions on a daily basis.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Programme is structured into 2hour classes every 2 weeks. Sometimes the information is crammed into the 2 hours it's hard to retain the information, Not enough emphasis is placed on your end point assessment or portfolio.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I get full support from my employer.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I feel more emphasis could be placed on the end point assessment and the portfolio, as it doesn't get talked about that often. Would be good to have deadlines for different sections to keep you on track.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps me to put theory into practice and has helped me a lot in my role.
