I lead a programme to deliver a new system to support our mortgage journeys, that will enable customers and colleagues to apply for a mortgage through multiple brands.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme is good and I am learning a lot but it is a significant undertake alongside a busy job and home life, so striking the balance is a challenge.

Ensure you have the support of your line manager and the dedicated time so you have time to do the study and work in parallel.
