Email inbox monitoring and responding to queries.
Scanning candidate documents and ensuring they are sent to the relevant Recruitment Officer.
Escalating any compliance and onboarding delays to the relevant Recruitment Officer.
Uploading candidate details to our database.
Processing of CVs, checking against previous submissions and agency representation.
Booking of interviews.
Following up recruiting managers for feedback.
Collecting compliance from candidates directly, or their representing agencies.
Being a contact for recruiting managers, candidates and agencies, via email, Teams and telephone.
Assisting the Recruitment Officers with administration tasks.
Initial contact for general queries within Children’s Services.
