Constant learning on the job and my university course pairs well with my day to day tasks so I find that I will learn a theory and then I am able to put it into practice in the workplace therefore solidifying my knowledge

Within the workplace it is of a very high quality and I have no concerns, the university I would say sometime the organisation is slightly at fault with delayed exam results poor exam feedback
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I feel very well supported from by workplace both by my direct team and line manager and also the wider apprenticeship network
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Feedback from the university is sometimes delayed or not applied which can be hard when trying to improve exam scores, I think sometimes we are maybe forgotten about because they dont see us as face to face students and our entire learning is online
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The content that I learn during my course is very applicable to my day to day job and so it improves my confidence and efficiency within my role
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I have been apart of an apprentice netball team, a charity football tournament, professional networking events with both apprentices and higher leadership teams. The company has a high focus on making the company a happy place to work and has lots of opportunities for social networking and interactions

The company makes me feel supported and allows me to grow and develop within my role. I feel very confident in my contributions to the company and my team and efforts are often recognised

Make sure you familiarise yourself with the job role and learn what you will be doing day to day and make sure that the role fits your strengths and talents
