Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

1 day out of 5 is purely dedicated to the Apprenticeship striking a good balance between BAU and Apprenticeship work.
Lots of good content but distribution and availability of the content could have been better implemented to better align with the BAU learning of the Apprentice.

Had no issues with support.
Received support from the FCA, Cambridge Spark on a regular basis and whenever requested.
Had a very good mentor on the course.
Managers were very supportive and considerate in regards to workload and time required to complete the apprenticeship.

Had 2 mentors who gave regular catch ups and ad-hoc assistance when required. Always very supportive, knowledge and available when requested.
Very helpful when preparing for the final assessments.
Dedicated forms on the learning platform to aid with tasks and assignments.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Good but could have focused more (spent more time) on the more advanced topics like machine learning and web scrapping to further the advanced skills that I was bringing to the company.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There is a club/group for almost everything.
