I developed a lot of new skills as an apprentice and continued to build on them as I developed in my career, completing level 3 business admin allowed me to complete level 3, 5 and 7 HR apprenticeships.

Apprenticeship Forums are offered at Medway Council, as well as a teams channel network. We have also had apprentices take part in sports activities previously, and get them involved in our Medway Business and Skills showcases as volunteers so they can meet medway businesses and network.
